Hi, I require someone to quickly put together some code to create 3 webforms, 1 with a list of input fields. Once submitted, the form will need to interrogate a database and check if the item is there. 1 which will act as a login/register form 1 which will allow a user to log details against a particular product they own. this will store it to a database. I need a simple layout. R150 per webform
